Enabling the HubSpot Connector

Ensure your Super Admin or a user with App Marketplace Permissions completes the HubSpot setup first. Once it’s enabled, others in your organization can connect by following the same steps.

With the HubSpot deep research connector, HubSpot customer data is not used for AI training in ChatGPT.*

1. Log into ChatGPT and enable deep research

Log into ChatGPT and enable Deep Research from the Tools menu.

2. Select HubSpot as a data source

Go to Sources and connect HubSpot

3. Connect your desired HubSpot Account

You'll now be directed to the HubSpot portal selector, where you can select your preferred account and click “Choose Account”.

4. Open a chat, select “Deep Research”, toggle HubSpot as your source and begin searching

Just start a new chat and enable “Deep Research.” In the sources menu, toggle the option to use your HubSpot CRM as the data source and you’re ready to start exploring your CRM data to get AI-driven insights.
