Back in 2018, the team at Regis24 was utterly frustrated with their website. As it was created and managed by an external agency, their internal team didn't have much control over the look, feel, or content.
"We didn't have much control on the website," says Daniel Reichelt, content marketing editor at Regis24. "An agency created it and it became static."
With external management, Regis24 couldn't update their website in real-time. Any time they needed to make a change, edit, or update (which happened often), they had to go through their agency — which not only took more time but was a significant drain on their budget. "Our requirements change all the time, and so we are constantly reviewing our website," says Reichelt. "If we wanted to add pages or change something about the structure, the agency would charge us."
Regis24 was also looking to focus more on their content strategy, including adding more content to their blog and increase their SEO. Before Regis24 switched to HubSpot, their blog was a WordPress blog and as such completely separated from their website. HubSpot allowed an integration of blog and website under one domain, providing cumulated statistics and helpful SEO tools.
The Regis24 team also knew that their current set up was more costly, time-consuming, and frustrating than it needed to be. "We wanted more control of our website," says Reichelt. "We wanted to be able to make changes all by ourselves and not rely on the agency."
That's when their new Chief Product Officer, Steven Renwick, suggested HubSpot. While the Regis24 team was familiar with HubSpot, it wasn't until Renwick walked them through how HubSpot could help them achieve their content and website goals that they decided to give us a try. "We wanted to introduce the content strategy, which was very new to us, and Renwick said that HubSpot was an excellent solution."
As 2019 began, Regis24 used the HubSpot platform to revamp, rebuild, and relaunch their website. It was immediately clear how much more control they had over the look, feel, and content of their website. Instead of having to relay their needs to an external agency, they were able to go in and make the changes themselves — which allowed them to update their site in significantly less time.
"Our daily process is now much faster," says Aurica Voss, Content Marketing editor at Regis24. "We simply have more control, and we're spending less time explaining how we want something to look. With HubSpot, we can do it right away."

Regis24 also appreciates HubSpot's ease of use, while also values being able to rely on support for complicated issues. "I find it quite easy to use. It's pretty self-explanatory. Last week, I was adding a personalized pop-up on the website, and I had a few questions," says Voss. "I put my questions into the chatbot, and the help desk solved it immediately. Support like this is excellent, and it enables us to improve the overall experience for our customers," explains Voss. “With HubSpot, we can finally rely on our own creativity, time frame, and requirements. On top of making my life as a content marketer much easier, it offers lots of educational and helpful content (HubSpot Academy), and it is also really fun to work with this CMS.”
Since adopting CMS Hub and launching their new website, Regis24 has seen dramatic results. It has become considerably easier to manage their site, but the level of engagement is driving significant demand for the business.
To date, Regis24 has seen a 20 percent increase in website sessions, a 25 percent increase in weekly blog sessions, and an impressive 233 percent increase in weekly page views. While the team is thrilled with their results so far, they plan to leverage HubSpot to grow and scale even more in the future — particularly when it comes to content.
"We want to make better use of the platform while continually improving our content marketing strategy. HubSpot is enabling our marketing team to do that," says Reichelt.
