Glenn Newman (he/him) is the founder and principal consultant of Lead With Empathy, a DEI consulting and inclusive leadership firm helping organizations build cultures where both people and performance can thrive.

With more than 12 years of experience across DEI, talent strategy, and change management, Glenn has held leadership roles at Nike, Strava, UserTesting, VMware, Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture.

His work is shaped by years spent inside complex organizations, where he learned that good intentions alone don’t create inclusion — great, equitable systems do. Glenn partners closely with executives, HR leaders, and people managers to move beyond surface-level DEI efforts toward approaches that are practical, measurable, and built to last.
