The HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation is a credential that validates the skills and strategic experience required to onboard customers onto HubSpot Pro or Enterprise Sales and/or Marketing products.
In addition to product-specific knowledge, the skills and experience required to earn this accreditation include elements of project and stakeholder management, change management, and professionalism throughout the sales and discovery processes.
Prior to June 2022, the Onboarding Accreditation was known as the "Partner-Scaled Onboarding (PSO) Accreditation." As of our June 2022 launch, participation in the Partner-Scaled Onboarding program has been decoupled from the Onboarding Accreditation. If you are already in PSO, you are legacied into the Onboarding Accreditation and do not need to reapply.

To apply for this accreditation, partners should first verify that their organization has completed the prerequisite certifications (see below).
From there, the application process consists of two rounds:
Before applying, partners should verify that they have at least 3 certified users for each of the following certifications, selected from a team of no more than 5 people for each of the following certifications:
You can review the entire prerequisite list of certifications in the Accreditations Prerequisite Learning Path here.
In this round, partners submit an application (one per partner entity) including basic information about themselves and will also be asked to upload some existing artifacts related to their work with clients in Onboarding. Partners will also provide contact information for a referenceable client and Hubspot will reach out to that client to solicit feedback about their experience with the partner applying for accreditation.
Between Rounds One and Two: Your application will be reviewed by the HubSpot team to determine if you will move forward to Round Two. You will be notified by email of your application status and should also be able to check through your Submittable account.
In this round, partners will be asked to upload a video reviewing in English their first-hand experience with a particular facet of customer onboarding, and to complete a call audit exercise.
After Round Two: Your application will be reviewed by the HubSpot team to determine if the accreditation will be awarded. You’ll be notified by email of your accreditation status and will be able to check via Submittable.
If you’re awarded the accreditation, you’ll be notified by email. You should then receive an “offboarding” email from the Accreditations team with next steps. You’ill also receive the Onboarding Accreditation designation in the Solutions Directory.
Application Window Closes: 9/20/23
Round One Decision: Mid October
Round Two Deadline: Early November
Final Decision: Early December
