product updates from HubSpot's Spring 2025 Spotlight
SMBs don't need more AI hype—they need technology that helps. The products we’re launching at the Spring 2025 Spotlight are helping teams move fast on AI and solve their go-to-market challenges. We've embedded AI throughout our entire platform so businesses of any size can start seeing value immediately, without massive teams or budgets.
We’ve built Breeze, including our agents, so that businesses actually get value. First, they’re powered by unified data that combines structured and unstructured insights. Second, they have all the context from the entire customer journey, unlike siloed AI agents that only see a part of your business. Finally, they’re built to work with humans, to extend the power of teams, and help them stay lean while playing big.
Customer Agent empowers us to serve our diverse audiences—members, donors, course operators, and more—by delivering fast, relevant, and personalized responsesBefore Customer Agent, our team struggled to keep up with demand. Now, even though our rapid growth has resulted in a 75% increase in support tickets, we’ve actually improved response time by 16% and boosted customer satisfaction by 7%. A once slow, manual process is now streamlined and efficient, freeing our team to focus on scalability and preventing issues rather than just keeping up.
Marketers need tools that adapt as quickly as the landscape changes. This is easier said than done for marketers dealing with complex buyer journeys and multiple businesses. Our new features for Marketing Hub Enterprise help teams solve their core challenges head-on so they can reach the right audiences with campaigns that actually convert, all while scaling their efforts across businesses.
With Marketing Hub Enterprise, our database has grown over 300% in just two years. Now, using Journey Automation, we can now engage fans within 48 hours of attending a game—at the exact moment they’re most likely to purchase their next ticket or merchandise. Even as our database continues to expand by 300 to 350 new fans each week, we’re able to consistently deliver the seamless, personalized experience our fans expect in a competitive sports market like Los Angeles.
Sales teams operate in two modes: building an understanding of their customer and engaging with them. They all want to spend more time engaging, but get bogged down in research and admin. We built the Sales Workspace to make the research process more productive and offer guided actions. This way, reps can spend more time building relationships and less time summarizing them.
Sales Workspace has been a game changer for our team. Before, we were managing 15 different pipelines in one enterprise hub, which made finding data incredibly complicated. Now, instead of looking at pipelines, I can focus on individual reps, coach them effectively, and help them sell better. With Sales Workspace, everything is in one spot - from prospecting to deals to guided actions. The result? We've cut our sales cycle from eight months to just three months. When you're in publishing with strict deadlines, that efficiency is everything.
More than any other team, business leaders put their trust in CX to represent their company in a way that lives up to their promise. We know that getting new customers can cost up to 25 times more than keeping current ones.* So retaining customers and making sure they’re happy is critical. The Customer Success and Help Desk Workspaces bring together everything these teams need to solve customer challenges and spot opportunities to help them grow.
