Spotlight is HubSpot's product showcase that brings together our latest innovations from across the agentic customer platform. We launch it twice a year, in the Spring and in the Fall at UNBOUND, our industry event that welcomes over 13,000 attendees.
At Spring 2026 Spotlight, we're helping go-to-market teams build awareness, grow revenue and scale support.
To do it, we're launching our new solution HubSpot AEO, powerful updates to Breeze Assistant for Loop Marketing, a completely rebuilt Prospecting Agent, as well as the all-new Smart Deal Progression, and enhancements to Customer Agent.
Read the Spring 2026 Spotlight press releases for an overview of all the announcements and a deep dive into HubSpot AEO.

Most AI tools have access to data. What they don't have is context. Context is much more complex. If data is what happened, context is why. It's deep knowledge of your customers, your market, and how your team works. That knowledge grows with every interaction, delivered with precision at the moment it's needed. Without it, AI gives you generic output. With it, you get real outcomes. And that's what we're building at HubSpot.

Build awareness with HubSpot AEO and Breeze Assistant for Loop Marketing
HubSpot AEO is a new solution for answer engine optimization that helps marketers tap into that opportunity by understanding, tracking and optimizing how their business appears in answer engines like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
How buyers search is fundamentally changing. They are asking questions in places like ChatGPT and Gemini, and the companies that show up in those answers are already winning. That's exactly why we've built HubSpot AEO: to help businesses improve their AI visibility, grow brand awareness, and ultimately drive more qualified leads.

With HubSpot’s AEO tools, Docebo gained clear visibility into how their brand shows up across AI search experiences and took action to improve it. As a result, they’re now leading their category in LLM visibility, with nearly 15% of their leads coming from AI sources—and growing.

Grow revenue with Breeze Prospecting Agent
Prospecting Agent now handles the full prospecting lifecycle, drawing from your full CRM history and intent signals at each stage.
After replacing sequences with Prospecting Agent for unbooked MQLs, we saw a 28% increase in total meetings booked. The results speak for themselves and we're just getting started.

In two weeks with Prospecting Agent, we booked a new discovery call and created a pipeline opportunity. With our old approach, that took two months. Our BDRs are doing real personalization now — not token swaps — and they're spending that saved research time prospecting more companies.

Unlike tools that stop at a summary, Smart Deal Progression acts like a rep’s second brain, writing follow-ups and suggesting updates that reflect the full account relationship, not just the last conversation.
HubSpot’s Smart Deal Progression has the potential to make a strong impact on our sales reps, especially when it comes to CRM data entry. Manually updating records is one of our biggest pain points today, so reducing that effort would be a meaningful improvement.

Scale support with Customer Agent
Customer Agent now works with email. New capabilities give teams more control over how the agent behaves across every channel: granular guidelines for tone and style, channel-specific settings, reply recommendations for human review, multi-brand support, working hours, percentage rollouts, and deploy-via-workflows for targeting specific ticket types.
Customer Agent has had a significant impact on our support operations. The agent now resolves 70 to 80 percent of our email tickets, and our time to close has dropped from more than 16 hours to less than 10.
Andre Thibault
Director of Operations
The Knowledge Society
HubSpot’s Customer Agent is now handling 91% of all initiated chats, with a 75% resolution rate. That means 9 out of 10 customer conversations are fully managed by HubSpot’s Customer Agent. It has effectively become our top-performing support representative—closing more tickets than anyone else on the team and delivering faster outcomes for customers.
