What are HubSpot Academy Bootcamps?

HubSpot Academy Bootcamps are free, instructor-led online training programs designed to help HubSpot customers and partners build their skills and develop new strategies for their organizations. Topics include the connect call phase of inbound sales, reporting, video production, and more.

Each bootcamp runs for six weeks, with live weekly sessions led by HubSpot Certified Trainers and subject matter experts. Cohorts of up to 300 participants follow a set syllabus, working both individually and in small groups. Expect 2–3 hours of work per week.

Seats are limited. All HubSpot customers and partners are eligible, and graduates receive a certificate of completion to share on social media and boost their careers.

Frequently Asked Questions

To be notified when Fall cohort registration opens, join the waitlist here. Once registration is available, please follow these steps:
  • You can register by clicking the “Register” button above for the desired bootcamp you’d like to participate in.
  • On the bootcamp event page, you will see a button to “Log in". A HubSpot account is required to register. If you do not have a HubSpot account, you may sign up for free here.
  • Registering for Week 1 automatically enrolls you in the full bootcamp.
  • You’ll receive calendar invites for the remaining five sessions within the next week.
  • You must add all six sessions to your calendar.
  • Registration closes one week prior to the start of the bootcamp.

Once registered, you can access all session details and add them to your calendar by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account here.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select My Events from the dropdown.
  4. From there, you'll be able to view all six sessions for your registered bootcamp.
  5. Click Add to Calendar to add the invites.

Registration for the Spring cohort is now closed. Fall cohort registration will be available at a later date. Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as it opens. In the meantime, keep an eye out for bootcamp-related events happening throughout the year that waitlist members will be notified about.

Yes, each bootcamp session is recorded and uploaded to the Resource center tab for each specific group on the HubSpot Events platform. However, live, active participation is strongly encouraged during the sessions.

Absolutely. We understand that our bootcamp session times may not work for everyone. You’re still welcome to register. After each session, the recording will be shared with the group, and we ask that you watch the recording and complete all associated assignments.

  • Unfortunately, registration closes one week prior to the start of the bootcamp.
  • We do not allow registration once the first session of the bootcamp has already begun.

  • Once a bootcamp reaches capacity, you are able to join the waitlist for the next cohort by submitting the form above.

All bootcamps are offered at no charge to HubSpot customers and Solutions Partners.

Bootcamps run for six consecutive weeks. Check the respective bootcamp for exact dates.

Please complete the prerequisites prior to the first session of the bootcamp.

  • Once you’ve completed the bootcamp, the instructors will provide you with a link to complete your designated certification course in the Academy App, where you’ll have to submit your student workbook and complete the exam.
  • Once you’ve completed those steps, you’ll be granted your certificate of completion. You can view and download your certificate by selecting "View Certification" in the Exam column of the course.
  • You can share your certificate to your network by clicking "Share your achievement" and toggling the privacy button to on (see image).
