There are two ways to pay for credits beyond what's included in your plan. Capacity packs give you a fixed monthly credit limit at a flat rate. This is a great fit if you want predictable spend and a clear budget. Any usage beyond your monthly credit limit is charged per credit with Pay-as-You-Go. If you’re looking for more flexibility, you can start with Pay-as-You-Go.

If you’ve purchased additional credits, HubSpot sets your account-level credit limit up to 50% beyond your total monthly credits so you don’t need to worry about runaway spend. You can adjust account-, feature-, and activity-level credit limits at any time to manage your budget.

Your credits dashboard updates in real -time as actions are completed, so you can see what’s happening and adjust your budget as needed. You’ll get notifications as you approach your credit limit and can pause features at any time.
