Board of Directors

HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) is a public company. Meet HubSpot's Board of Directors, the group of individuals we’re proud to help oversee our business on behalf of our shareholders.

Clara Shih has served as a member of our board since November 2025. Ms. Shih has served as head of the Business AI Group at Meta since October 2024, where she leads the development and monetization of Meta's business AI portfolio. From 2020 to 2024, Ms. Shih held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, including serving as CEO of Salesforce AI and CEO of Service Cloud. From 2009 to 2020, Ms. Shih was founder, chairman, and CEO of Hearsay Systems (now part of NASDAQ:YEXT), a global SaaS technology firm. Ms. Shih served on the board of directors of Starbucks from 2011 to 2023. Since 2013, she has served as an advisor and investor in several AI and enterprise startups. Ms. Shih holds BS and MS degrees in computer science from Stanford University, as well as an MS from Oxford University, where she studied as a Marshall Scholar.
