Michael Redbord is the VP of Services and Support for HubSpot, where he helps companies shape their marketing plans and online strategies.
Prior to this role, Michael was the VP of Customer Support and Implementation at HubSpot, managing the company’s industry-leading support team in providing the highest possible level of service to customers and partners. Before then, he worked directly with customers as an Inbound Marketing Consultant and pioneered the HubSpot Academy team, helping provide online education to HubSpot’s customer base.
In his spare time, Michael blogs about customer success, explores new forms of music, and is an avid foodie. He holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
