Pearse Trust provides corporate compliance and tax planning services to an international client base of accounting firms, banks, legal firms, and public and private sector organizations. Prior to using HubSpot, Pearse Trust had to work with an external web designer, thwarting their ability to quickly make changes, add calls-to-action (CTAs), or generate any leads online. They had experimented with sending weekly emails to their full list of contacts, but weren’t able to segment or target their messages. As a result, they saw very few tangible results through email.  

How HubSpot helped

In Sarah’s own words, “It fixed everything.” HubSpot has allowed her to easily make changes to Pearse Trust's website without relying on a designer. “Instead of spending a week going back and forth with a designer, struggling to make changes to our site, it now takes less than an hour to make any changes we want.”

Sarah can now quickly create landing pages for web offers. She and her colleagues have started blogging, and they can quickly add CTAs wherever they want on the blog, without any technical complications. Smart CTAs allow Sarah to automatically show different CTAs to their website visitors based on their interests, without needing to get a designer involved. HubSpot has allowed Pearse Trust to accomplish a lot more in a shorter period of time. They can create a list of contacts and send an email using HubSpot's great templates without needing to create one from scratch.

HubSpot's Analytics tools have also helped to track the activity on each marketing campaign. This has made it easy to show employee performance, and Sarah has been promoted as a result. She was happy to say, “We are now getting hundreds of leads, whereas before we had a negligible amount coming through online.”
