This Nordic Region Product & Services Catalog Supplement (“Nordic Supplement”) includes the service descriptions and limits that apply to customers in the Nordic Region Limited Release program. This Nordic Supplement is incorporated into your agreement, in addition to the HubSpot Product & Services Catalog. This Nordic Supplement will control in the event and to the extent of any conflicting information.  

Pricing Overview

HubSpot Seats

HubSpot Seats reflect the manner and level of access your users have to your subscription services. You may choose Starter, Professional, or Enterprise editions as described further in the “Customer Platform”’ section; mixed-edition subscriptions are not supported.

Each account must have at least one HubSpot Seat. You may choose to add between Core Seats and Front Office Seats for your users, each as detailed in the feature table. Learn more about HubSpot Seats.

All seats are priced based on the edition of HubSpot you’ve purchased.

HubSpot Credits

HubSpot Credits are a simple, flexible way to power features that scale your work. Your HubSpot Credits reset monthly during your subscription term. Unused credits do not roll over into the following month. Learn more about HubSpot Credits.

If you have a paid HubSpot account in the Nordic Limited Release program, you’ll receive included HubSpot Credits at no additional cost based on the edition of your subscription services.

Your HubSpot Credits reset monthly during your subscription term, and any unused credits from the prior month will expire at reset.

Additional Credits

You can choose to add HubSpot Credits to your plan at any time, which will increase your monthly credit limit accordingly.  

If you use all included credits and do not purchase additional HubSpot Credits, features using credits will pause until your account has enough credits available.

Once you make an initial purchase of additional HubSpot Credits, if you exceed your HubSpot Credits limit, we will invoice you in arrears for each credit used beyond your monthly HubSpot Credits limit, in increments of ten (10) credits, at our then-current Pay-as-You-Go rates. We will issue an invoice for any additional credits after each applicable month of your subscription term for payment in accordance with the “Payment Against Invoice”’ section of the general terms, and your HubSpot Credits limit will not automatically increase for the remainder of your current term.

The terms and conditions applicable in the “HubSpot Credits Rate Sheet” section of the HubSpot Products and Services catalog continue to apply to the Nordic Region Limited Release program. However, the feature availability, description, and credit usage reflected in this section will govern in the Nordic Region Limited Release program.
