Boost your revenue with our incentive program and a new bonus for Service Hub and Content Hub.
As announced each year at Partner Day at INBOUND, we’re constantly innovating new products and programs to help grow your business. In Q3, we’re relaunching our Partner Sourcing Incentive and adding a new bonus for selling Service Hub and Content Hub. This program is available to both tiered and untiered partners.
Growth Reward:
All solutions partners have the opportunity to earn an uncapped payout for every dollar sourced above the higher of:

2. Achieve partner-sourced MRR above your Tier Threshold. The thresholds are as follows**:
3. Reach above 20% growth in your year-over-year Q3 2023 to Q3 2024 partner-sourced MRR target.
Once both targets are achieved, you’ll qualify for a reward of $0.30** for every dollar of partner-sourced MRR for the higher of the two thresholds (Tier Threshold vs. 20% YoY Growth Threshold).
For the Growth Reward, once you enroll, HubSpot will email your individual MRR target; you must exceed this target to be eligible for a payout. You will receive monthly progress emails starting the month after you enroll.

Acceleration Reward:
All solutions partners have the opportunity to earn an uncapped payout of $0.10** for every dollar of partner-sourced* MRR on the value of the new SKUs for Service Hub or Content Hub deals:

By submitting this form, you agree that you are authorized to enroll your partner organization in the incentive on behalf of that partner organization and agree to participate in accordance with the official Q3 Partner Sourcing Incentive Terms and Conditions.
The HubSpot Q3 Partner Sourcing Incentive is an Optional Program (as defined in the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement (HSPPA) for solutions partners to have an opportunity to earn additional rewards for quarter over quarter growth in partner-sourced MRR and for partner-sourced MRR sold through new products: Service Hub and CMS Hub. Partner-sourced MRR means all Qualified Transactions (as defined in the HSPPA) where a partner is rewarded sold credit, but excluding “Do It For Me” (DIFM) and Upmarket Referral deals (please see Solutions Partner Program Sales Rules for more information on DIFM and Upmarket Referrals).
Growth Reward: Partners will need to achieve two targets to qualify for the Growth Reward: 1) the partner Tier Threshold; and 2) the partner’s individual partner-sourced MRR target based on specified quarter to quarter growth, if applicable (each a “Growth Target”). Once the required Growth Targets have been achieved, the partner will qualify for a reward of $0.30 for every dollar of partner-sourced MRR over the higher of the two targets (the “Growth Reward”), to be paid out in Q4 2024.
Acceleration Reward: Partners will need to achieve two targets to qualify for the Acceleration Reward: 1) close a Qualified Transaction which earns partner-sourced MRR between 9am ET July 1, 2024 and 23.59 ET September 30, 2024 selling either Service Hub or CMS Hub as part of that relevant transaction (“Acceleration Transaction”); and 2) at least one Partner employee must complete the two related Academy Courses by 23.59 ET September 30, 2024: i) Service Hub Spotlight Training Lesson ID: 2327296; and ii) Intro to Content Hub Lesson ID: 2083217 (each an “Acceleration Target” and together with the Acceleration Transaction, the “Acceleration Targets”). Once both Acceleration Targets have been achieved, the Partner will qualify for a reward of $0.10 for every dollar of partner-sourced MRR sold via the Acceleration Transaction (the “Acceleration Reward”), to be paid out in Q4 2024.
This HubSpot Q3 Partner Sourcing Incentive program is available from July 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024 only.
The partner tier threshold targets for this incentive Optional Program are as follows*:
Together, the “Tier Thresholds”
For purposes of this program, partner Tier Threshold targets are based on the partner’s current tier at time of entry.

Each partner’s individual partner-sourced MRR target will be based on 20% growth over the partner’s partner-sourced MRR sold between July 1, 2023 and September 30, 2023 (the “20% YoY Growth Threshold”). If a participating partner joined the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program after June 30, 2023, the partner will not have an individual partner-sourced MRR target based on growth and will be measured only on the partner’s relevant Tier Threshold target.
To be eligible for this HubSpot Q3 Partner Sourcing Incentive program, you must:
Participation in this program is optional and does not affect or change any rights or obligations of either party under the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement or other existing terms and conditions between you and HubSpot. HubSpot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Optional Program (or portion thereof). HubSpot also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the entry of any partner. BY PARTICIPATING, PARTNER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST HUBSPOT OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OPTIONAL PARTNER PROGRAM. PARTNERS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HUBSPOT FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE OPTIONAL PARTNER PROGRAM. Any disputes that may arise shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
