    Our core mission is to empower businesses, founders, and creatives from the Global Majority by offering a dynamic online community that nurtures social capital, fosters equity, and propels business growth.
     
    This platform emerged from the success of the Black@INBOUND Community, and the valuable feedback calling for increased representation and support for the Global Majority. With an interactive online platform, members can connect with one another, access exclusive resources, and engage in enriching discussions.
     
    Today, The Spot proudly hosts the All Black Collective, Conexión, and will soon introduce new communities, delivering essential business resources to support our members in their growth journey.

    Our goal is to become the leading community empowering Black and Latine founders and professionals worldwide.
