Begin with the Introduction tab, which includes detailed instructions on using the lead tracker template.

In the Configuration tab, label the four sales stages that your organization uses.

To enter a new deal, go to the Data tab and add the required information to the Deals table.

Active leads are listed by Follow Up Date.

Be sure to update the data in each of your deals as they progress through the four sales stages.

When you close a deal, update the status to Won or Lost and change the Close Date.
