Michael Redbord is the General Manager of Service Hub at HubSpot. Service Hub is HubSpot's customer service software line built to enable users to delight their customers and growth through customer success. As GM Michael is responsible for the entire service business including product development.
Prior to this role, Michael was the VP of Services and Support at HubSpot, managing the company’s post-sale customer experience and overseeing functions, such as Support, Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Education, Customer Success, Partner Success, and Customer Analysis & Operations. Michael joined HubSpot in 2010 and has held many different roles across the company with a strong focus on customer success, as well as extensive experience working directly with customers. While building and growing Service Hub, Michael continues to draw on his learnings from scaling HubSpot to help millions of businesses deliver better customer service and grow better.
Outside of work, Michael blogs and speaks about customer success, enjoys traveling, and cooks for friends and family. Michael graduated from Tufts University with a BA in International Relations, Philosophy, and Computer Science.
