How To Apply

submit your eligibility check

Before applying, you:

  • must be a Platinum, Diamond, or Elite HubSpot Solution Partner.
  • have at least three full-time employees. 
  • completed all the required certifications for the accreditation.

 

provide your customer reference

After the system determines you are eligible, you will receive an email with a link to provide your customer reference information.

Your references will have ten days to submit their feedback. 

Once the reference is received, you will be emailed a custom link to the accreditation application. 

If your customer misses the deadline, you will need to restart the eligibility process.

upload your accreditation documents
Now you can upload your accreditation documents for each required item.
receive a decision in 30 days or less
In 30 days or less, you will receive either a detailed feedback email if you didn't pass or a congratulatory email with brand kit assets to promote your newly accredited status.

The HubSpot Service Implementation Accreditation is a credential that validates the skills and strategic experience required to implement HubSpot Service Hub for large enterprise customers.

In addition to Service Hub-specific knowledge, the skills and experience required to earn this accreditation include upmarket implementation experience, deep service center and help desk process design expertise.

Eligible partners who have completed large-scale Service Hub implementations and are strategic consultants who advise customers on the best way to design their processes to achieve their desired business outcomes are encouraged to apply.
