We're introducing a Q4 sourcing incentive that rewards solutions partners for driving demand and helping businesses grow. Enroll now for a chance to earn an uncapped payout for every dollar above your partner-sourced monthly recurring revenue (MRR) tier threshold, along with achieving 20% growth between October 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023. Your Prize

So, what's in it for you? Earn an uncapped payout of $0.30 for every dollar of partner-sourced* MRR above your tier threshold and above 20% year-over-year growth from Q4 2022. The payout will kick in for every dollar above the higher of the two thresholds (tier vs 20% YoY growth). 

Example: 

  • You are a Diamond partner 
  • The Diamond Sold MRR threshold is $10,000
  • Your Q4 2022 sourcing dollars were $20,000
  • Your Q4 2023 20% year-over-year growth threshold is therefore $24,000 (20% YoY growth over $20,000)
  • You close $35,000 in partner-sourced MRR in Q4 2023
  • Your pay out it is: $3,630 (.30*$11,000)

How to Participate:

Here are the three steps you need to follow to receive a payout: 

  1. Enroll by completing the form below. 
  2. Achieve partner-sourced MRR above your tier sourcing threshold. The thresholds are as follows*: 
    • Elite tier: $17,000
    • Diamond tier: $10,000
    • Platinum tier: $4,000
    • Gold tier: $3,000
  3. Reach a minimum 20% growth in your year-over-year Q4 2022 partner-sourced MRR target.

*These amounts are represented in United States Dollars. Actual amounts, as applicable to your business, are based on market currency exchange rates and will be determined by HubSpot in its sole discretion.

Once you enroll, HubSpot will email your individual MRR target within two weeks. Note you must exceed this individual MRR target to be eligible for a payout.

 

Incentive Rules

  • Only tiered solutions partners with elite, diamond, platinum or gold tier status are eligible.
  • The program is available from October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
  • *Partner-sourced”means that “Do Inbound For Me” (DIFM) and Upmarket Referral deals, which are referrals from our direct sales team, do not qualify.
  • All qualifying sales must be recorded as “won” and meet all other requirements of a Qualified Transaction (as defined in the HSPPA) in the HubSpot system. 
  • Partners should only sign up once using one email address. Please coordinate with your peers to ensure we only have one submission per partner company. We reserve the right to reject entries.

Terms and Conditions

The HubSpot Q4 Partner Sourcing Incentive is an Optional Partner Program (as defined in the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement (HSPPA) for tiered solutions partners to have an opportunity to earn an additional reward for quarter over quarter growth in partner-sourced MRR. Partner-sourced MRR means all Qualified Transactions (as defined in the HSPPA) where a partner is rewarded sold credit, but excluding “Do Inbound For Me” (DIFM) and Upmarket Referral deals (please see Solutions Partner Program Sales Rules for more information on DIFM and Upmarket Referrals). Partners will need to achieve two targets to qualify for the reward: the partner tier threshold and the partner’s individual partner-sourced MRR target based on growth (each a “target”). Once both targets have been achieved, the partner will qualify for a reward of $0.30 for every dollar of partner-sourced MRR over the higher of the two targets, to be paid out in Q1 2024. This HubSpot Q4 Partner Sourcing Incentive program is available from October 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 only.

The partner tier targets for this incentive Optional Partner Program are as follows*:

  • Elite tier: $17,000
  • Diamond tier: $10,000
  • Platinum tier: $4,000
  • Gold tier: $3,000
  • For purposes of this program, partner tier targets are based on the partner’s current tier at time of entry.

*These amounts are represented in United States Dollars. Actual amounts, as applicable to your business, are based on market currency exchange rates and will be determined by HubSpot in its sole discretion.

Each partner’s individual partner-sourced MRR target will be based on 20% growth over the partner’s partner-sourced MRR sold between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022. If a participating partner joined the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program after December 31, 2022, the partner will not have an individual partner-sourced MRR target based on growth and will be measured only on the partner tier target. 

To be eligible for this HubSpot Q4 Partner Sourcing Incentive program, you must: 

  • be a tiered solutions partner (elite, diamond, platinum, or gold) at the time of entry,
  • Enter the incentive program by completing this form by 11:59pm EST on December 31, 2023, and 
  • Achieve both your partner tier threshold target and your individual partner-sourced MRR target, or 
  • Achieve only your partner tier threshold target if you joined the partner program after December 31, 2022. 
  • All qualifying sales must be accepted by HubSpot, recorded as “won” and meet all other requirements of a Qualified Transaction (as defined in the HSPPA) in the HubSpot system. 
Participation in this program is optional and does not affect or change any rights or obligations of either party under the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement or other existing terms and conditions between you and HubSpot. HubSpot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Optional Partner Program (or portion thereof). HubSpot also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the entry of any partner. BY PARTICIPATING, PARTNER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST HUBSPOT OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OPTIONAL PARTNER PROGRAM. PARTNERS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HUBSPOT FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE OPTIONAL PARTNER PROGRAM. Any disputes that may arise shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
