Tiers designed to acknowledge solutions partners who have executed inbound marketing services to the highest standards.

How are tiers calculated?

    We place our partners in tiers using a combination of metrics, looking at monthly recurring revenue (MRR) acquired and managed, retention, software engagement and actual inbound marketing success.

    To qualify for tiering, your company must have a valid Partner Certification and a median app usage of at least three apps across your accounts. Once those criteria are met, tiers are determined by the amount of clients you have brought to HubSpot and the number of HubSpot clients your company has managed over time.

To make it possible for growth markets to partner with HubSpot, we’ve adjusted both the sold and managed MRR requirements for growth market countries to 50% of usual targets across all tiers. The following regions are eligible for growth market tiering: India, Latin America, North Asia (China, Mongolia, and South Korea), or Southeast Asia (Bangladesh,Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Taiwan,Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam).
