Building on the success of our Q4 incentive, we're excited to introduce a Q2 sourcing incentive that rewards tiered and untiered partners for helping businesses grow. Enroll now for a chance to earn an uncapped payout for every dollar above: a) your partner-sourced MRR Tier Threshold; and b) above 20% year-over-year growth from Q2 2023 to Q2 2024 threshold, between April 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024 (whichever threshold is higher). Once you enroll, HubSpot will email your individual MRR target; you must exceed this target to be eligible for a payout. You will receive monthly progress emails starting the month after you enroll.

By submitting this form, you agree that you are authorized to enroll your partner organization in the incentive on behalf of that partner organization and agree to participate in accordance with the official Q2 Partner Sourcing Incentive Terms and Conditions.
The HubSpot Q2 Partner Sourcing Incentive is an Optional Partner Program (as defined in the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement (HSPPA) for tiered solutions partners to have an opportunity to earn an additional reward for quarter over quarter growth in partner-sourced MRR. Partner-sourced MRR means all Qualified Transactions (as defined in the HSPPA) where a partner is rewarded sold credit, but excluding “Do Inbound For Me” (DIFM) and Upmarket Referral deals (please see Solutions Partner Program Sales Rules for more information on DIFM and Upmarket Referrals). Partners will need to achieve two targets to qualify for the reward: 1) the partner Tier Threshold and the partner’s individual partner-sourced MRR target based on specified quarter to quarter growth (each a “target”). Once both targets have been achieved, the partner will qualify for a reward of $0.30 for every dollar of partner-sourced MRR over the higher of the two targets, to be paid out in Q3 2024. This HubSpot Q2 Partner Sourcing Incentive program is available from April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024 only.

For purposes of this program, partner Tier Threshold targets are based on the partner’s current tier at time of entry.*These amounts are represented in United States Dollars. Actual amounts, as applicable to your business, are based on market currency exchange rates and will be determined by HubSpot in its sole discretion.
Each partner’s individual partner-sourced MRR target will be based on 20% growth over the partner’s partner-sourced MRR sold between April 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023 (the “20% YoY Growth Threshold”). If a participating partner joined the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program after June 30, 2023, the partner will not have an individual partner-sourced MRR target based on growth and will be measured only on the partner’s relevant Tier Threshold target.

Participation in this program is optional and does not affect or change any rights or obligations of either party under the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement or other existing terms and conditions between you and HubSpot. HubSpot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Optional Partner Program (or portion thereof). HubSpot also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the entry of any partner. BY PARTICIPATING, PARTNER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST HUBSPOT OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OPTIONAL PARTNER PROGRAM. PARTNERS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HUBSPOT FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE OPTIONAL PARTNER PROGRAM. Any disputes that may arise shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
