Mark has a diverse background, having worked in everything from network administration to private equity accounting. He joined the HubSpot team in January 2013 as a Sales Engineer - working closely with prospective customers to ensure they were set-up for success with the HubSpot tool suite.
From there, he moved on to helping start up the HubSpot Implementation team - ensuring the transition from prospect to customer was a smooth one, and that customers received the timely help and attention they needed to get set-up successfully.
He now manages a team of Inbound Consultants in HubSpot's Professional Services department - helping high-value customers discover the full potential of their Marketing and Sales efforts. Mark loves finding new ways to stretch himself and grow his skills, and has a tireless passion for customer success and problem solving.
