Earning an accreditation opens doors to co-selling opportunities, exclusive programs, and deeper collaboration with HubSpot that isn't available anywhere else in the partner program.

Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO)

HubSpot sells to a customer and invites your firm to deliver the onboarding services. HubSpot owns the domain; your team does the delivery.

Available to: Onboarding accredited partners.

Co-Delivery

Accredited partners become eligible for co-delivery engagements, where HubSpot Services and your team work together to deliver for a shared customer. These engagements put your firm alongside HubSpot on deals that require the highest level of expertise and execution.

Available to: CRM, Custom Integration, Solutions Architecture Design, and Data Migration accredited partners.

Partner Assisted Deals

Accredited partners may be invited to co-sell and help close deals where HubSpot owns the customer relationship. This is a direct pipeline opportunity that comes specifically from holding an accreditation.

Available to ALL accredited partners.

Upmarket Referral

HubSpot identifies an eligible upmarket deal and invites a partner to help co-sell and close it.

Partners earn 10% commission for one year on closed deals.

Available to: CRM accredited partners only

Getting Started with Accreditations

Accreditations are designed for partner organizations that have already built real delivery experience on HubSpot. Before you apply, here's what you need to know.

Prerequisites and Standards

Each HubSpot Accreditation requires a specific number of HubSpot Academy Certifications to be completed prior to submitting an application.

These certifications validate the baseline knowledge and foundational skills needed to be considered a qualified candidate. The full list of required prerequisite certifications is available on each accreditation's individual page.

To be eligible to apply, your organization must meet the following standards:

  • Any full-time employee from your organization can have their certifications counted toward the required number

  • Your organization must be approved as a HubSpot Solutions Partner at the platinum tier or above and in good standing with HubSpot:

1. You meet the Accreditation Standards

2. You have not violated the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement

The Application Process

HubSpot Accreditations operate on rolling admission. There's no set application deadline, so you can apply whenever your organization is ready.

Before applying, make sure your customer references are prepared to provide feedback and your organization meets all eligibility requirements, including tier status, minimum employee size, completed certifications, and any additional criteria specific to the accreditation you're pursuing.

Once you submit your application, you'll receive a final decision within thirty days.

For partners with the skills and strategic experience required to migrate legacy CRM platforms to HubSpot Smart CRM. If your firm has built a repeatable practice around data migration, this accreditation makes that expertise visible and verifiable.

HubSpot CRM Implementation Accreditation

For partners with proven experience delivering large-scale, complex implementations on HubSpot Smart CRM for upmarket customers. This accreditation recognizes firms that go beyond standard implementations and handle the technical depth that enterprise customers require.

Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation

For partners who design and deliver solutions for customers of all sizes with complex, technical use cases. If your firm operates at the intersection of strategy and technical architecture, this accreditation reflects that capability.

HubSpot Service Implementation Accreditation

For partners with experience implementing HubSpot Service Hub for large, global, enterprise-level customers with complex requirements. This accreditation recognizes firms that have built a genuine practice around service transformation at scale.

HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation

For partners who successfully onboard new customers on HubSpot Professional or Enterprise Hubs using Objective-Based Onboarding methodologies. This accreditation is the entry point for Partner Scaled Onboarding eligibility.

HubSpot Custom Integration Accreditation

For partners who custom-build integration solutions for customers using HubSpot developer tools. If your firm has built a technical practice around connecting HubSpot to complex customer tech stacks, this accreditation validates that work.
