This lets us build best in class tooling, means most of what we build will be through the existing stack, and means we can focus more on solving customer problems than reinventing the wheel.
We also invest directly in dev productivity tools, embracing AI tooling to improve velocity and quality, measuring developer metrics so we can see what’s working and not, and build infrastructure to make everything from observability to UI components to large-scale code migrations low-friction and fast.
Each year, we bring together product groups at one of our offices to align on architecture, share lessons learned, and drive technical decisions across teams.Product Summits are working sessions — not corporate events — built for engineers to collaborate, build relationships with peer teams and leaders, improve systems, and scale better.

We work in a hybrid model with flexible working locations. We try to maximize timezone overlap within teams to solve for fast decisions and real-time collaboration.
We’re hiring across the United States as well as in the UK, Ireland, and India. We have engineering offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts in the United States, Dublin, Ireland, and Bengaluru, India.
I helped introduce the new Developer Projects platform to HubSpot developers. This was a significant undertaking that required contributions from nearly the entire product group, and it was incredibly exciting to be part of the effort.
