At HubSpot, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are spaces to connect, lead, and grow—together. They’re employee-led, leadership-supported, and open to all.

Fun fact: BlackHub is the most active ERG Slack channel!

Fun Fact: Disability Alliance is our youngest ERG, graduating from an employee interest group, into an employee resource group! (Cue the confetti!)

Fun fact: Our Families Employee Resource Group keeps growing—In 2024 alone, we welcomed 217 new babies into the HubSpot family!

Fun fact: Our annual Pride 5K run is a much-loved tradition, where HubSpotters join together or participate with family members every June.

Fun fact: Mosaic has had a recent glow-up! Formerly known as PoCaH (People of Color at HubSpot), our new name better represents our team.

Fun Fact: Our Women@ Slack channel has over 2,500 members!

In addition to our ERGs, we have many active communities such as Veterans at HubSpot, LatinX at HubSpot, and many more.
