What's one thing most people don't know about you?
I come off as quite the globe-trotter to many folks, but I didn't travel by airplane for the first time until I was 18 years old!
What team are you on and what does an average day look like?
I am on the Customer Support team and work with an amazing group of people to continuously improve how we solve for the customer. For me, an average day consists of a long commute to the office, greeting my awesome coworkers in the morning and grabbing a snack, then getting right on phones to solve for our Spanish speaking customers. Fun fact - I am one of only two non-native Spanish speakers on my team, but right now I am the only member of my team that works primarily in our Spanish queue! Throughout the day, I assist my team with their questions, and follow up with all customer cases I have open as well as continue taking new cases all day long. I also spend time working with my manager on projects to improve our team, which is both beneficial to my team and to my own career development!
What's one thing you love about the Bogotá office?
I love the amazing view from the rooftop of our building! A brilliant 360 view of the city and the mountains.
How does HubSpot's culture help you do your best work?
I feel truly motivated to do my best work and support my team as HubSpot gives me the confidence to feel like my work truly matters and that I can grow with the company.
Anything else you want to add that candidates may want to know?
The sky's the limit with HubSpot! I started in Cambridge with a clear goal to grow with our LatAm team, and together we made it happen - I've been here in Bogotá for a month now and love it!
