think strength meets mindfulness, with a side of sore muscles.   __What team are you on, and what is the team mission?__ I’m on the Product Operations team. Our mission is to help leaders across Product and the company make and execute better decisions anchored in product data, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of how customers use HubSpot.   __What does an average day look like?__ No two days look the same, but you’ll often find me supporting product teams with usage analytics and experimentation, partnering with company leaders on strategic insights, and mentoring fellow analysts. Lately, I’ve also been working on AI enablement across Ops—definitely a recent favorite!   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__ We work closely with product teams to understand customer usage trends and uncover opportunities to improve the product experience. This helps teams ship with more confidence and ultimately enables customers to get more value out of HubSpot.   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ I'm proud of how quickly HubSpot embraced the GenAI landscape—partnering with OpenAI and Anthropic to bring AI-native features to life. It’s been exciting to be part of a company that’s become the name people associate with AI-first innovation in the CRM space.   __What's your favorite Slack emoji?__ :ai-heart: ## Drew Mooney Close __What do you do outside of work?__ I have a few young kids and we love playing games together. Board games and card games are the most common, but their favorite is "Tickle Monster" which involves me transforming into a tickle-hungry monster and chasing them around the house.   __What team are you on, and what is the team mission?__ I'm on the Analytics Enablement team. Our mission is to grow HubSpot's analytics capabilities by enabling 150+ Analysts across dozens of teams.   __What does an average day look like?__ Each day typically has a mix of activities: a few 1-1 sessions with analysts who need specific support or mentorship with projects; some strategic planning with analytics leaders on different teams; some time spent developing training content for self-paced learning.   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__  My team helps hundreds of analysts grow their skills, which leads to better & faster insights, which leads to more effective decision-making. This impacts lots of areas at HubSpot: the products we build, the way we engage with customers, the experiments we launch... and it's all done through the lens of creating value for each customer. I feel grateful to be in a position to indirectly influence so many things going on at HubSpot.   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ I recently built out several self-paced courses for HubSpotters on data topics like SQL and Statistics - teaching theory but also enabling hands-on practice with real HubSpot datasets.   __What's your favorite Slack emoji?__ :dancing-pikachu: ## Kelsi Durrough Close __What's one thing most people wouldn't know about you?__ I have flight benefits through Delta and fly for free!   __What team are you on, and what is the team mission?__ I'm on the DWI Integrations Team, and our mission is to integrate, configure, and administer 3rd party tools within our data infrastructure   __What does an average day look like?__ My team mostly works with the stakeholders in the Revenue Operations org. We own the 3rd party tools that are used by analytics engineers and analysts, so we facilitate the use of those tools and ensure the data is readily available for their environments. What I love most about my job is the breadth of teams I interface with- from Finance to Sales and Marketing.   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__ Our customers are the internal data teams that model data for the business reps to use in making decisions. For example, the finance data used in reporting is modeled by our customers, who can locate and trust in their data because of the governance work my team does.   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ We set up a data catalog to promote visibility into our data ecosystem, which has allowed us to report our the overall health of each data team's estate. This is huge because it gives us a place to store documentation on the reports used and connect the customer-facing reps with the data team that maintains those reports.   __What's your favorite Slack emoji?__ :yay: (jumping tomato) ## Killian Dent Close  __What do you do outside of work?__  Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors (hiking, snowshoeing, etc)   __What team are you on, and what is the team mission?__ DSI Data Science Platform team. Our mission is to ensure our data scientists have data that is consistent and high quality so they are set up for success.   __What does an average day look like?__ An average day consists of collaborating with my data science stakeholders to understand what projects they are working on and what data needs they have. I take those requirements and craft data assets that give them everything they need to perform their job. I monitor existing data pipelines to ensure data quality and fix anything that may be broken.   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__ We solve for the customer by providing a good data foundation that feeds downstream processes. These downstream processes rely on the data to understand how our customers are using HubSpot, so that we can continue to improve the experience and make the product even easier to use.   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ We recently developed a standard framework for how data assets are created for our data science stakeholders. It reduces the friction and complexity of how our data science teams gather the data they need for their job. It has accelerated their work and gives them greater flexibility for what kinds of things they can analyze.   __What's your favorite Slack emoji?__ :partyparrot: ## Rachel Henry Close __What do you do outside of work?__ I'm adventurous by nature - whether it's bungee jumping, skydiving, paragliding, traveling to new countries, or hiking challenging trails.   __What team are you on, and what is the team mission?__ I am part of the Guided Selling Team within Sales Strategy & Operations. Our goal is to leverage AI and automation to help our sales reps become more efficient and effective at selling our products.   __What does an average day look like?__ No two days are the same in my role - that's what I love most about it. We are constantly working on ways for AI to improve our sales tools, from initial pilots to company-wide rollouts. I collaborate daily with multiple teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Automation teams (to name a few), turning ideas into tools that directly impact sales performance. The pace is fast, but seeing innovations go from pilot to full rollout in weeks/months makes every project exciting.   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__ We are equipping sales reps with the right knowledge to quickly and accurately address customer questions and concerns and show the value of HubSpot. We are also enabling sales process best practices, which in turn creates a more consistent and higher-quality buyer experience.   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ We built a tool that leverages AI to analyse deal context and surface potential risks on a deal to our sales reps. It catches things reps might miss when they're focused on closing deals. The feedback from both reps and managers has been very promising.   __What's your favorite Slack emoji?__ The fire emoji – 🔥
