HR Cloud is a human resources software company that was using HubSpot as a marketing tool, and Salesforce for a sales tool. So far we have been tremendously successful with our move and wouldn't go back.” After migrating both marketing and sales to run on HubSpot, HR Cloud, “felt like it was unlike anything the company has used before as it has allowed our sales team to become more productive with their time.” They are now able to optimize their campaigns and easily track their performance along with effectively managing their leads.
Using HubSpot for both Marketing and Sales automation has helped HR Cloud increase their conversions to 51%. “We use automation from HubSpot to handle follow-up emails and tracking. If the lead clicks in an email triggered a task to call or send an email to the lead an ensure they book a demo. We get value every day from having a central place for all Website, Marketing, and Content. We have emails sent tracking total contacts created by day, and workflows help optimize our processes. For example, when a deal goes to closed-won, we create a ticket to send email notifications and tasks to accounting and our implementation team. Everything has been set up to support our growing business. HubSpot is the first thing I log into every morning to review deals, implementations, leads, and everything else for that matter. It's amazing!”
HR Cloud is now in the process of switching from Zendesk to HubSpot’s Service Hub to integrate their entire platform.
