Sales Ramp Program

Our segment-specific ramp program is designed to support new sales employees (in AMER and EMEA) to become top performers.

You'll work with a dedicated segment Ramp Manager - a proven sales leader who has excelled in your specific segment. They'll provide hands-on coaching and strategic insights, bridging the gap between theory and practical execution.

Support During Time Off

HubSpot offers an environment where employees can recharge and feel supported during their time away. This includes Vacation Quota Relief, where you can choose one month (the following year) to go on half quota.

Business Development Representative

The BDR role is a great opportunity to build your sales experience. As a BDR you'll conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads and then work closely with an assigned Account Executive to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.

Account Executive

As an Account Executive, or what we like to call a 'Growth Specialist' at HubSpot, you use daily outbound prospecting strategies to find new business and help them grow using HubSpot software. You run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Depending on your segment, your target clients will consist of small businesses, mid-market, or corporate businesses. This is a full closing role.

Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Account Executives to understand and solve prospects' challenges in the pre-sales stage. You'll develop strategies with our Account Executives to understand how to help their customers, and lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations around integration and data migration. You provide valuable feedback to our product team by being the voice of the prospect, and coach the sales teams on HubSpot’s functionalities to help come up with strategic value-oriented solutions for our prospects.
