A Day in the Life of Customer Success

Morning

  • An inbound professor on the Academy team makes a strawberry and banana smoothie to keep her company while creating a new inbound certification lesson.
  • New to HubSpot? Time to get paid to learn...really. All new support and services employees get hands-on training in our Cambridge, MA office during their first month to become inbound pros. 

Mid-Afternoon

  • Inbound marketing consultants grab lunch together before developing personalized strategies for customers to use new pieces of the software.
  • All aboard! New customers are on the phone with our implementation specialists, their personal tour guides to the inbound world.

Afternoon

  • Customer success managers can be found running role play workshops to quickly get new HubSpotters comfortable helping their customers.
  • Game time: Support engineers wrap up the day with a video game break.
