HubSpot CRM

Reporting in HubSpot CRM is built around the idea of dashboards. A dashboard is, quite simply, a collection of reports. At the top of any dashboard, you can easily change the dashboard’s date range, customize who can access it, and drag & drop or resize the individual reports based on your team’s priorities. Dashboards can have up to ten reports on them.

HubSpot CRM includes five essential sales reports out of the box, 100% free.

Reporting Add-on

HubSpot CRM provides the five reports above, 100% free. These reports cover the basic building blocks of sales reporting. But not every team is created equal. To get the full picture of your sales team’s success, the HubSpot Reporting Add-on enables you to dig even deeper into what’s working. The HubSpot Reporting Add-on tacks on the following additional functionality to the built-in reporting in HubSpot CRM:

1. Up to 200 dashboards. Create separate sets of reports based on team, territory, rep, or anything else.

2. A library of dozens of pre-built templates, created around HubSpot’s inbound sales best practices. Add the out-of-the-box templates to your dashboards in one click, or customize the templates around your team’s specific needs.

3. Access to HubSpot’s custom report builder, which enables you to create custom reports based on the data that’s most important to your team. At HubSpot, we report on information like company size, job title, industry, and geography. Which data on your contacts, companies, and deals is most pivotal?

The custom report builder is as flexible as it is powerful. But don’t take our word for it. Below, we’ve outlined four examples of reports that our best customers use to measure their sales success with the Reporting Add-on.

  1. Leaderboards.png

    Leaderboards

Which of your reps has the most deals in the works? How close are those deals to closing? Use this report to drum up a bit of friendly competition between your reps as they track each other’s progress over time.

  2. Funnels.png

    Funnels

How are your reps moving deals from stage to stage? Are there certain stages from which deals aren’t progressing? This report helps you identify patterns in movement through your funnel.

  3. Detailed Forecasts.png

    Detailed Forecasts

Which of your reps are in line to have the best month? Use this report to find out.

Closed Amount” represents what each rep has sold so far.
Forecast Amount” is their projection --- weighted by the percentage associated with the current deal stage.
Amount” is the total amount of deals slated to close in the time frame you set.

  4. Engagements1-1.png

    Engagements

If your reps aren’t hitting their numbers, you need to ensure they’re putting in the necessary inputs. Are they making enough calls, sending enough emails, scheduling enough meetings to create the number of deals, to hit their number?
