Technical Product Enablement Facilitator - APAC

Revenue Operations

Remote - Australia

HubSpot is looking for a Product Trainer/Facilitator to join the Go-To-Market Enablement team.

Our next hire will work to deliver best-in-class product training with the overarching goal of helping Sales, PreSales, Customer Success, and advanced Support reps grow their product knowledge in order to serve customers better.

This person will have autonomy to innovate facilitation techniques and will play a pivotal role in setting up our sales and support teams for continued growth and scale. This includes incorporating training on AI and AI Agents in HubSpot.

The Role

The teams you will support play a major role in creating a remarkable customer experience for customers who need more technical and strategic product assistance.

The right candidate will have empathy for customer-facing employees and the ability to bring product training to life in a way that engages learners across each stage of their employee lifecycle.

The end result of your efforts will be happy customers who can connect their business problems to a HubSpot solution and grow better with the HubSpot platform.

You will partner closely with teams that build product strategy at HubSpot — Product, Marketing, and Enablement — and act as a constant source of feedback for what product materials are connecting with HubSpot employees.

In this role you get to…

  • Deliver training sessions for product launches that support in-seat rep readiness
  • Train multiple roles across the business on product-focused sessions
  • Facilitate our monthly Foundations (new hire onboarding), Accelerate (skills training for new hires), and ongoing programs — and have the opportunity to learn and facilitate other programs
  • Work autonomously as well as part of a large team
  • Build working relationships across multiple departments and geographies
  • Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for new content development (20% of time)
  • Design and deliver Sales/CSM Success-focused training content incorporating HubSpot's Customer Platform positioning
  • Regularly shadow supported roles to stay up to date with product changes
  • Integrate AI Agents into early-stage training programs
  • Lead regional training coordination and scheduling across APAC, ANZ, Japan, and Singapore markets
  • Research and implement innovative training delivery techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and engagement

We are looking for people who have...

  • Ability to demonstrate how all Hubs work both technically and how customers use them
  • Ability to demonstrate how to customize the HubSpot platform
  • Knowledge of demo-flow processes and CRM/Business Analytics features
  • Ability to translate highly technical concepts into common language, including but not limited to:

    • Integrations
    • APIs
    • HubL
    • HubDB
    • Custom Automation
    • Webhooks
    • Data Sync
    • CRM Configuration
    • Reporting/Analytics architecture

  • Good understanding of AI functionality within HubSpot tools and can connect AI tools to customer solutions right-sizing by product-market fit
  • Familiarity with Breeze Agents and HubSpot Credits system
  • Experience with GTM Enablement frameworks and methodologies
  • Ability to explain sales methodology concepts in simple, practical terms — reducing ambiguity and connecting directly to reps’ jobs to be done
  • Strong personal organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous situations with minimal direction
  • Excellent presentation skills — ability to “own the Zoom room” and keep attendees engaged
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with training automation tools and ticketing systems
  • A great sense of humor

HubSpotters with...

  • Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer/Architect, Technical Consultant, Product Expert, or Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist
  • 1.5+ years of previous HubSpot experience (required)
  • Proven track record developing and updating training curricula for multiple cohorts
  • Reputation as a “go-to” person on their team
  • Consistently positive attitude
  • Proven triage and troubleshooting mentality

Bonus if you have…

  • Experience working globally
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Public speaking experience
  • Strong experience facilitating onboarding and/or training effectively
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
