  • Collaborate with People Operations partners in DI&B, Employer Brand, and L&D to ensure a unified talent strategy across the employee lifecycle.

  • Champion inclusive and innovative hiring approaches, leveraging strategies to ensure inclusive talent pipelines to fuel the flywheel.

  • Model and embed our cultural commitments: Solve for the Customer, Be Bold. Learn Fast., Align, Adapt & Go, Deliver with HEART.

  • Experiment with new recruiting approaches to continuously improve efficiency, equity, and candidate experience.

  • Contribute to global recruiting leadership, driving consistency across functions and regions while tailoring strategies to AMER’s unique market.

  • Have experience leading Talent Acquisition teams, ideally in high-growth Go-To-Market functions across the AMER region (NAM ,CAN,LATAM)

  • Are strong people leaders who balance autonomy with clarity, and coach teams to thrive in a high-growth, high-performance environment.

  • Are data-fluent and able to tell compelling stories with insights to drive recruiting strategies and stakeholder alignment.

  • Build trust quickly with senior business leaders, aligning multiple teams toward common recruiting goals.

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, flexing style and channel for audience and impact.

  • Believe deeply that great talent is the foundation of growth, and that Talent Acquisition is a strategic lever for HubSpot’s flywheel.

  • Operate with adaptability, speed, and courage — thriving in a fast-moving environment while holding themselves and others accountable.

  • Bring a growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for learning to every interaction.
