Overview

Join HubSpot's established Creator Program and help shape the future of B2B influencer marketing. For over 4 years, the HubSpot Creator Program has invested in independent creators and publishers, partnering with top voices across podcasting, YouTube, newsletters, and social media. We believe in collaborating with leading B2B creators not just as brand sponsors, but as true media partners.

Our current roster includes influential creators like Sam Parr from My First Million, Ali Abdaal, Leanne Elliott, Matt Wolf, Sonia Thompson, and many more. While we have a dedicated team managing always-on partnerships, we're seeking a strategic marketer to establish and execute multichannel campaigns for key moments throughout the year.

What You'll Do

Strategic Campaign Planning

  • Quarterly Business Alignment: Collaborate with HubSpot's Platform, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to understand upcoming large tentpole campaigns.
  • Campaign Development: Lead kickoff calls, establish comprehensive campaign briefs, and partner with the creator team to develop strategic media plans.
  • Creator Strategy: Identify and recommend top creators to help achieve campaign objectives and reach target audiences.
  • Integrated Planning: Develop comprehensive campaign and content strategies encompassing social posts, newsletter sponsorships, and YouTube sponsorships.

Stakeholder Management & Execution

  • Presentation & Approval: Present strategic plans to internal stakeholders for feedback and approval
  • Campaign Execution: Work alongside the creator team/agency partner to execute approved strategies, including campaign briefs, messaging guides, creative briefs, media plans, and measurement frameworks
  • Partnership Management: Secure creator partnerships, maintain creator accountability for deliverables, and ensure all influencer content aligns with campaign strategy and brand guidelines

Performance & Reporting

  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on overall campaign performance
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide comprehensive 7-day and 30-day wrap reports to key stakeholders

Campaign Focus Areas

You'll support high-visibility campaigns including:

  • HubSpot product launches
  • Major events like Inbound
  • Strategic product partnerships with brands like OpenAI, Canva, Google Workspace, and others.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • [REQUIRED] 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on influencer marketing or agency account management
  • [REQUIRED] Agency experience: Must have experience running end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
  • [REQUIRED] Ad Buying experience: Must have experience negotiating rates with creators
  • Account management background with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex campaigns

Skills & Expertise

  • [REQUIRED] Strong communication skills (this is a client-facing role)
  • B2B Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B space and audience is a plus
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing, relationship building, and presentation skills
  • Leadership Presence: Confidence to "run a room" and guide strategic discussions
  • Industry Engagement: Active consumer of industry podcasts, newsletters, and B2B content; engaged with B2B audiences on LinkedIn
  • Proactive & Accountable: Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
  • Collaborative: Strong team player who works effectively across departments
  • Passionate About New Media: Genuine interest in creator economy and emerging media formats

Role Characteristics

This position combines three key functions:

  • Account Management: Managing creator relationships and stakeholder expectations
  • Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive campaign strategies and media plans
  • Campaign Strategy: Executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Team Support

You'll be supported by a team that provides:

  • Data analysis and campaign measurement
  • Creator sourcing and research
  • Operational support for campaign execution (contracts, comms, documentation)

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$92,000$138,000 USD
