We're seeking an accomplished Lead App Partner Manager to join our small, efficient, and passionate team. In this role, you'll build and scale high-impact integration partnerships that deliver exceptional value to customers, drive mutual growth for HubSpot and our partners, and shape the strategic direction of our app ecosystem.

As a Lead App Partner Manager, you'll own a portfolio of partnerships that you will work closely with to unlock incremental growth opportunities and deliver measurable impact across the ecosystem. You'll be responsible for developing partnerships, driving go-to-market excellence, and collaborating with partners to help them build strong integrations. What You'll Do

Partnership Management

  • Own and nurture relationships with top-tier app partners, driving integration quality, depth, and mutual business value
  • Develop and execute mutual action plans for your portfolio, with clear success metrics and revenue targets for the partner
  • Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities across multiple software categories and market segments
  • Build executive-level relationships internally and externally to drive trust, influence, and buy-in

Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Design and execute sophisticated co-marketing, co-selling, and co-servicing initiatives with partners' GTM teams
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies
  • Drive adoption and usage of partner integrations through targeted programs, campaigns, and enablement initiatives
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI narratives that demonstrate partnership value to internal and external stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Enable HubSpot's sales and customer service teams on partner integration capabilities and use cases
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for partner and customer needs
  • Partner with marketing to amplify partner stories, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure partners receive white-glove support across their HubSpot journey

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities to strengthen HubSpot’s App Partnerships
  • Drive creative go-to-market (GTM) programs that influence positive growth of revenue, market share, and customer value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing partnerships in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with partners
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex issues into clear action plans
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive audiences
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Data-driven with experience building executive summaries, performance reports and business cases
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, operate with autonomy, and deliver results
  • Deep understanding of software integrations, APIs, and platform ecosystems
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technology trends

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, account management, or related roles within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technology partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with executive-level engagement
  • Demonstrable project management and analytical skills, including building and executing GTM plans
  • Willingness to move quickly to execute against tight timelines and projects, while maintaining an adaptable yet strong work ethic and approach

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$130,000$200,000 USD
