We're looking to hire an execution-focused Lead Revenue Marketer to lead the Upmarket segments (Mid-Market & Corp.) This role is ideal for a strong collaborator who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology, and who is energized by building sales programs that drive revenue impact at scale.
You will partner closely with US Sales leadership and sales teams, Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales Strategy to lead and execute marketing strategy across your assigned sales segment. You will build and scale data-driven marketing tactics and sales programs that accelerate deal creation and improve conversions across the funnel to deliver high growth and impactful revenue motions.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the US market, including regional buying behaviors and the distinct needs of mid-market and enterprise customers, to ensure that programs resonate with and effectively convert prospects.
📍 This role reports to HubSpots U.S. Revenue Marketing Manager and must be based in the United States.

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
