Role Summary

Join HubSpot’s LATAM Sales team as a Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience driving growth in one of our most dynamic regions. This internship is designed to provide deep exposure to key sales functions while supporting transformational initiatives and strategic priorities. You’ll work alongside experienced sales directors, contribute to meaningful projects, and build the foundational skills for a successful career in tech/SaaS sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sales directors on high-impact initiatives across LATAM, with a focus on AI transformation and operational excellence
  • Enrich and analyze sales data to generate insights and drive smarter decision-making
  • Assist with lead generation efforts, including sourcing net new prospects
  • Manage logistics and planning for regional sales events and internal meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to accelerate sales effectiveness
  • Conduct industry research to identify market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Drive internal communications and documentation that support team alignment
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver — think: a chief of staff in development— supporting strategic sales priorities
  • Shadow customer-facing calls to gain insight into the sales process and buyer journey

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Are enrolled at a Colombian-based university and able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour/week internship for either 6 months or 12 months
  • Based in Bogotá, Colombia, or able to work remotely within Colombia for the duration of the internship
  • Familiarity or willingness to be curious and learn about AI tools and integrating into daily workflows
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback — coachability is key
  • Strong business acumen and bring an understanding of how sales organizations operate, or have a willingness to learn how a sales organization operates
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Comfort working with data using tools like Excel, PowerBI, or Looker.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Coming from majors relevant for customer sales cycle (Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering)
  • Portuguese language fluency is a plus
  • Participation in student groups or clubs on-campus
  • Experience working with sales roles in the past or as a sales person
  • Proficiency with AI tools

Where You’ll Work

  • Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Remote eligible within Colombia)
  • Work type: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote
  • Travel: Required for key intern events and team offsites
