Quote Rules

The rules engine supports four main types of rules to help guide reps and ensure quotes are accurate: (1) Incompatibility rules – prevent products that should never be sold together from being added to the same quote (2) Compatibility rules – ensure products that must be sold together are included (3) Pricing rules (min/max thresholds) – enforce discount limits or pricing boundaries to protect margins (4) Quantity rules (min/max thresholds) – control minimum or maximum quantities and trigger requirements based on volume.

Give users access to your Revenue Hub plan with Revenue Seats. Paid Revenue Hub plans are priced per seat.

You can increase the number of seats on your Revenue Hub subscription on a per-user basis for an additional monthly cost. The edition of your Revenue Hub plan determines the cost of additional paid users.

You can also allow a user to access your Revenue Hub account without making any changes with View-only Seats. View-only Seats are available at no additional cost.

Paid Revenue Hub subscriptions include HubSpot Credits at no additional cost. Included credits are not additive across products. If you've purchased multiple products, you'll receive the highest available included credit allotment based on the highest level of your subscription services.

While HubSpot's AI-powered quotes, CPQ, billing, and payments work seamlessly together in Revenue Hub, customers are not required to adopt them all at once. You can start with just the CPQ and quoting tools (available with Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise), or use Billing or Payments independently—these are available across all tiers, including Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, across all hubs.
