Built with approachability in mind, data studio gives non-technical and technical users alike the ability to blend data from across their tech stack. You can create custom datasets that power advanced segmentation, automation and reporting, and manage the flow of data between external data sources and the HubSpot CRM — all without requiring developer expertise.
While Smart CRM serves as the foundation of your customer platform with AI-powered customer data management, Data Hub acts as a companion solution that enhances your CRM data. Smart CRM stores and organizes your data, while Data Hub combines and enhances it before activation. Data Hub connects to 100+ applications in HubSpot’s data sync app collection. Additionally, Data Hub Enterprise offers bi-directional cloud data warehouse integrations with Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS S3, allowing you to sync data seamlessly between HubSpot CRM and your data warehouse. New connections are continuously being added to support your evolving tech stack needs.
Give users access to your Data Hub plan with Core Seats. All Core Seats in an account are priced based on the highest level across all products of your subscription. For example, if you're subscribed to both Data Hub Professional and Sales Hub Enterprise, your highest-level subscription would be Enterprise.

Paid Data Hub plans include a set number of Core Seats based on the edition of the plan.

You can increase the number of Core Seats on your Data Hub subscription on a per-user basis for an additional monthly cost. The edition of your Data Hub plan determines the cost of additional paid users.

You can also allow a user to access your Data Hub account without making any changes with View-only Seats. View-only Seats are available at no additional cost.

Paid Data Hub subscriptions include HubSpot Credits at no additional cost. Included credits are not additive across products. If you've purchased multiple products, you'll receive the highest available included credit allotment based on the highest level of your subscription services.

You can choose when and how to add HubSpot Credits to your account at $0.010 per credit. Buy HubSpot Credits in packs to easily plan your spend, or enable Pay-as-You-Go to add credits automatically as you use them.

HubSpot Credits reset monthly during your subscription term. Unused credits do not roll over into the following month.
Data Hub Professional customers have access to chat and email support, while Data Hub Enterprise customers also receive 24/7 phone support. Multi-language support is available for all Data Hub users, including English, French, German, Japanese, and Portuguese, among other languages.
