Smart CRM features are included with the purchase of the Starter, Professional, or Enterprise edition of any premium product. Smart CRM is also available to purchase as a standalone product, available in two editions — Professional or Enterprise. There is also select Smart CRM functionality in our free tools.
Smart CRM leverages Breeze, our built-in AI, throughout the platform to analyze and contextualize your data — helping you make informed decisions more quickly. Breeze includes AI tools that automatically enrich customer records, provide intelligent recommendations, and automate routine tasks. AI helps clean and standardize your data, predict customer behaviors, and surface insights — so you spend more time acting on your data and less time managing it.

Most AI features come included with your Smart CRM subscription, while others (e.g., Breeze Agents) may use HubSpot Credits. This flexible model ensures you can access powerful AI tools while maintaining predictable costs.
Smart CRM serves as the foundational platform that powers all HubSpot Hubs. When you purchase any Hub (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Revenue, or Data), you automatically get access to Smart CRM's core capabilities at that tier level.

You can also purchase Smart CRM independently if you want to give team members access to the platform's capabilities without a specific Hub subscription. This is ideal for operations teams, executives, or other users who need to manage data, build workflows, and access reporting without needing Hub-specific tools.

Smart CRM subscriptions are priced per seat and accessed with Core Seats. Additional Core Seats can be purchased at any time. The edition of your Smart CRM subscription determines the cost of additional paid users.

Smart CRM subscriptions include HubSpot Credits at no additional cost. Included credits are not additive across products. If you've purchased multiple products, you'll receive the highest available included credit allotment based on the highest level of your subscription services.

You can choose when and how to add HubSpot Credits to your account at $0.010 per credit. Buy HubSpot Credits in packs to easily plan your spend, or enable Pay-as-You-Go to add credits automatically as you use them.

HubSpot Credits reset monthly during your subscription term. Unused credits do not roll over into the following month.
The types of support available to you depend on which Smart CRM plan you purchase. With Smart CRM Professional, you'll have access to email and chat support. With Smart CRM Enterprise, you'll gain access to email, chat, and phone support. Multi-language support is available for all Smart CRM users.
