HubSpot’s Global Events team is looking for a curious, data-minded, and creatively driven Associate to support the enablement strategy behind our most impactful programs—INBOUND, GROW, and our newly launched Academy Labs.
As an Associate, Enablement & Learning Experience Design, you will work at the intersection of training enablement, marketing analytics, digital media production, and learning experience design. You will help translate data into insights, transform complex concepts into clear and accessible learning content, and create multimedia assets that enable HubSpotters and customers to get the most value from our events.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, experiment, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully across analytics, content development, and enablement.
You’re developing an understanding of enablement, analytics, instructional design, and event-driven learning—and growing more confident with each project.
You complete clear, structured tasks with high accuracy, follow processes, meet deadlines, and proactively ask clarifying questions.
You positively influence your assigned workstreams and reduce friction by keeping analytics, content, and documentation organized.
You reliably follow through, communicate progress, and integrate feedback to improve your outputs.
You deliver high-quality work that supports key initiatives across INBOUND, GROW, and Academy Labs.
You build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and support a healthy cross-functional dynamic.
You remain flexible, adapt to shifting priorities and timelines, and approach changes as opportunities to learn.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
