  • Lead Flows, HubSpot’s fresh take on pop-up forms, is available to all Basic, Pro, and Enterprise customers.  Most of the other functionality in Marketing Free and Starter --- the dashboard, contacts database, and lead insights --- exists in a more robust form in Basic, Pro, and Enterprise.

  • You can collect up to 1 million contacts within Marketing Free at no cost. If you need additional contacts past 1 million, please contact us.

  • Yes. The 7-day timeline begins when a new contact is entered into your Marketing Free account. After 7 days the contact insights will not be available for Marketing Free users. Upgrading to Marketing Starter will unlock the historical contact insights again.

  • Users can integrate with a number of third party solutions. Send the leads you collect to MailChimp. Install a lead flow in a few clicks on nearly any CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.). Aggregate submissions from Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Google Forms, and almost a dozen others in the Collected Forms tool. Access lite versions of dozens of other integrations --- Zendesk, PandaDoc, Freshbooks, and more --- through HubSpot Connect when you activate HubSpot CRM from within your Free or Starter account.

  • Default fields included are first name, last name, company, and email. If you upgrade to Marketing Starter you can create custom questions to add to your Lead Flows.
  • Yes! Head on over to to add Marketing Free to your existing HubSpot Sales/CRM account or create a new HubSpot account if you don’t already have one.
  • HubSpot Marketing Free and Starter users can access to the HubSpot Community at for support. The mission of this inbound community is to provide customers with a vibrant channel to ask questions, find answers, and engage with professionals from around the world on HubSpot best practices. 

    HubSpot Marketing Starter users also have access to phone and webform support, which provides a means for you to have your questions  answered by HubSpot customer support specialists.
  • You can think of a User as any person who uses the HubSpot software. You can have unlimited Users of HubSpot Marketing Free. The number of Users you will have for HubSpot Marketing Starter is based on the number of Users you purchase of HubSpot Marketing Starter.
