  2. Not all businesses can send SMS. You'll need to make sure your business does not fall under one of the restricted categories.
  3. SMS messages can only be sent from US based phone numbers. SMS messages can be sent to any +1 country code number (this would include both the US and Canada).
  4. All portals must formally set their portals up to send SMS. Details of the registration process here
  5. Contacts must opt in to receive SMS messages; SMS is not a cold outreach tool. Learn more about consent here.
